Every time I try to start the game it says "Whoa! Cyberpunk has flat lined."

I've deleted the game and reinstalled and deleted all mods from vortex

I really just wanna play the game, anyone have any ideas

All that time in that annoying ass game mode and I get some fucking sun glasses
