Nontraditional students (35+ with dependents). Tell me your tale.

Long and short of it. Earliest I could start PA school would be, and I am gasping while typing this..around 53 (not a typo). I want to hear some hard stories from hard, determined people. Successes, failures and pit falls

I have children and am right now the sole support...looking for motivation to get me through my prereqs. It's something I have wanted to do for a long time, but I took a different path that I thought would fit better, Occupational Therapy Assistant, It's great in many ways, but also no longer working for me.

How would you run this vent has to run together. Atmospheric

Furnace and hot water tank have to run together

Edit: Asking for opinions because I was told to use a wye vent. Locke supply said they don't make a Bvent wye. My original plan was run a T off the hot water tank and a 45 from the diagonal piece. Having trouble finding a pro who wants to mess with a relatively small job. Or they are covered up in business. And I am sick of no hot water. Thanks for your help!

21 hybrid. Parking break random failure off.

"parking brake malfunction visit your dealer" it won't engage after parking. Anyone have any fixes besides the dealership?

I've tried toggling the switch both on and in accessory. Nothing. Afraid to disconnect the 12 volt battery was told that could damage the computer. Anyone had this issue?
