Is it normal rattling with ikamper?

I have Sherpa Crestone and ikamper skycamp set up. I installed everything by the book but now it rattles little too much while driving in city especially on uneven roads. Is it normal? Did I do something wrong? Appreciate the response. Thanks

Question on ikamper HC steps

I just installed HC steps and looks like it is not possible to tie the ladders with velcro while closing the tent. Or is there some ways to do it ? I don’t know if this is the reason but since i’m just storing the ladder without velcro securing it , I feel like it makes more rattling noise while driving inside city. Might be something else. Any insights are appreciated.
