Cardio load and Fitness index don't show any data...

I have no restrictions when it comes to using the app and letting it run in the background. Both my Samsung Watch 7 and the app are up to date with updates.

I've been wearing my watch everyday consistently for a couple months tracking all my steps and all workouts (a lot of them are high intensity zone 3-4).

I've googled and checked all possible reasons why it doesn't show any data, yet I can't figure out what's wrong

Has anyone used the Running Coach by Samsung Health?

I did the test run on samsung health and it put me on level 1. Basically a couch to 5km. I've done a couple runs outside of this program by myself and I've been doing better each time. As a complete beginner and clueless person though, I'd like some feedback from anyone who's been running with this.

I'm not looking to pay for a running app, and I like the fact that it tracks and syncs all my workouts to the app via the smartwatch. Is it worth fully getting into it, or there another good free app for guided runs?

When I'm not running I want to run, but when I do run, I don't want to be running

Correct me if this is not the place for this post, I just don't have anyone I can actually share this with in my personal life.

I'm a beginner runner at 21 years old. I've been a dancer my whole life, so I'm pretty fit with good cardiovascular health. I've done about 5 runs so far and I'm confused about the contradicting emotions I have about it. I always feel good towards the end or after a run and I'm always looking forward to my next one. But why is it that I dread getting ready right before it and especially the first minutes or running. Does it get better? Do a lot of you experience this? Is it solely up to the person (me)?
