New to the field just got my A&P 2 weeks ago and was just wondering how much research on a place should I do where people go to find work or if some sources are better than others.

I’ve gone through indeed applied to some, I’ve also gotten a few word of mouth applications.

I’ve received 4 offers so far, not in an insane rush to find a spot because I still have my current full time so I’m not rushing into anything and trying to do some research before I make a decision.
