Hi everyone,

We’ve released a firmware update that fixes the soft text and blurry vertical lines on the NexDock 6 at 60Hz.

It took us and our manufacturer too long to confirm the cause, and some of you were told by our support team that it couldn’t be fixed. That was wrong, and we’re sorry. Thank you to u/GlitteringMeal7988, u/Jaron780 and everyone who dug into this.

Extract the zip and follow the manual inside. You’ll need a Windows PC with a USB‑C port that supports video output.
