Old Woodworking tools came with new house

The old man who used to own the house we just purchased came with a few leftover power tools. Any value to these? I'm not a woodworker nor do I have the desire or time to do so, and would much rather have some newer tools if I ever did. The Darra-James scroll saw booklet places it around the 40's-50's according to google. It, along with the planer, are belt driven. The Sears Craftsman Radial Arm saw is obviously not if the same vintage but likely from the early 80's. Hoping to throw these up on Marketplace and make a few bucks if they're worth it to someone.

Is my weather station cooked?

My AmbientWeather WS-2902 looks to be in pretty rough shape. It's about 6 years old. I took it down from where it was installed on my shed since we're preparing to move. Should I even bother packing this and setting it up at the new house or just start over with a new one? The solar panel looks to be fried. It's pretty heavily UV damaged. It was still transmitting data to the station inside and still working, but should I just use this as an opportunity to upgrade?
