Guys how do I convince my parents to let me study in italy?

Im 18F, and im planning to move to italy for medicine if my original plan in india doesn't work out and if I dont get a government seat. My parents are muslim and incredibly strict and I do not know how I will convince them. They're trying to get me to repeat NEET or just do bds. Im from a family of doctors so money is mostly not the problem here. If you're muslim or even Indian and you've convinced your parents to let you study abroad, I would love some tips😭

Medicine in italy as non EU student

Hey guys, im a non eu (south Asian specifically) student thinking of studying medicine in italy as my backup plan. According to my research, it is harder to get into university of turin as compared to university of naples. Can anybody tell me the pros and cons of these universities? Are these cities safe for a woman who is visibly muslim? Is the faculty respectful? Id really like to know.
