As questioned in title. I'm thinking whether I should pull any of the two to free up my slots.

Got rejection reasons:
Wondering if the JPG artifact is suggesting that I should make sure to make the aircraft itself dead black? or the color banding in the background?
Also, for bad info the screener leaves a comment "No tags in remarks, please" which I'm not really sure what the "tags" are referring to, and given it's submitted 3 weeks ago, and I'm not sure what exact content I was filling...
