Dinosauria – An Interactive Explorer Of 1,500+ Dinosaur Species
A while ago, I came across the dinosaur cladogram spreadsheet created by u/Total_Dino,
What if could be interactive? So I build Dinosauria: https://dinosauria.app
The interactive web app features over 1,500 dinosaur species and taxa, you can expand and collapse branches, search for specific dinosaurs, explore individual species and clade cards, see geological ranges, and follow evolutionary branches all the way to modern birds.
Full credit for the original cladogram and the enormous amount of work behind it goes to u/Total_Dino**.** The spreadsheet is the backbone of Dinosauria's structure and is credited and linked inside the app. Additional information and imagery are primarily sourced from Wikipedia.
This started as a little passion project. I'm neither an expert nor a developer, and I've been building the app while learning to use Codex. What began as an experiment gradually turned into something much bigger than I expected!
