What to knot with this shade as the main color? What color combos would look good with it?

It's equivalent to DMC 3855 (light autumn gold). It came in a bunch of thread sets I bought, and I don't think I've ever used this color, so it just keeps piling up. The ones in the picture aren't even all of it at this point I have like 20 skeins of this shade.

Does anyone know any normal bracelet patterns where this could be one of the main colors? Or even just some color combinations that look good with it? I'd love some ideas because I have way too much of this shade. I'm also open to alpha pattern recommendations if it's a pattern that would let me use up a lot of this thread color!

Smell of embroidery thread and fear of mold

First of all, I wanted to ask: I usually buy inexpensive embroidery thread sets from Amazon or Chinese shops, and they often arrive with a noticeable smell. I think it might be from the dye. Do higher quality embroidery threads from well known brands have a smell too?

Secondly, how do you all store your embroidery thread and finished bracelets to prevent musty odors or mold, especially if you live in a humid climate?

I know that the most common way to store embroidery floss in the bracelet making community is in storage boxes, and I do that too. But if you have a dozen embroidery thread that you can't use up quickly, doesn't anyone worry about them developing a musty smell or even mold over time?
