Hey Guys,

I'm living in a basement apartment, and the stairs open directly into the main floor's lounge. My landlord won't allow a permanent door installation, so I'm looking for DIY, temporary, and renter-friendly solutions to get some much-needed privacy and sound dampening (the noise from the main floor is too loud and disturbing).

I'm open to creative ideas!

My wife loves horse riding, she’s not a pro or anything, just really enjoys casual trail rides. Ever since we moved to Saskatoon, she’s been itching to get back in the saddle.

Are there any local ranches or stables nearby where the two of us could go for an hour or so? Looking for somewhere beginner-friendly that offers casual guided trail rides.
