Soo, the book shoud've been delivered. I was home but the tracking app said this. After trying to contact UPS they told me that the package is delivered by an another company. Thay also said that they don't have any alternate tracking numbers or any idea who delivers the package. Afterwards the person on the phone said "the phone number is some USA phone number"

Soooo… Is it on Its way back?

I contacted the support, but no answer yet…

I also contacted some Czech delivery companies, but nothing came out of it.

My delivery status has been stuck for a while now. I know they have a lot on their plate and that shipping to Europe takes a long time, but this long in the same place? Should I contact support or is this normal for shipments to Europe? order number #31XXXFSE
