Rarest blood?

I don’t know if I saw this in an email, instagram post of the Red Cross app but does anyone know of a saying where the Red Cross states that rarest blood is donated blood? Like they lay out how only 3% of people donate blood. I can’t for the life of me find the email or find it online but I swear it exists and I’m 99% sure it’s from the Red Cross. I want to find it so bad cause it made me really happy 🫶🏼

Blood map

First post in this group but have been donating since 2011. Red Cross really has my heart for the updates on my blood. Seeing the blood journey from years ago. I especially like looking at my map and seeing the places my blood goes. I have a fear of driving so my blood has been to cities I haven’t been to yet. For context I primarily donate at the Santa Ana location.
