Lumps after mastitis?

I developed mastitis six days ago with all the classic symptoms (extreme chills, muscle/joint aches, accompanying headaches, breast tenderness where the lumps are), but no fever and no red streaking. I did have pink/light red splotching over where the lumps were, but I’m not sure if it was caused by my cold compress. I don’t have the red patches anymore. I took a lot of ibuprofen throughout the first 2.5 days and felt back to normal by day 3.
It’s now day 6 and I have a huge lump in my breast that will not go away. It’s about 1/3 of my breast. I have been pumping as usual and nothing seems to help. Strangely enough, it feels much less tender and less painful now than before.
Any advice? I am continuing ice compresses.
