Subject has been on tirz 2.5mg for 4 weeks now, and plans to increase to 5mg dose.

With a 40mg vial of tirz and 3mL bac water, concentration will be 13.3mg/mL.

Therefore, in order to achieve a 5mg dose, using a U100 syringe, subject should take 37 units [ (5÷13.3)*100 ] of the reconstituted peptide.
