When was the last time you were able to get a free purrks gift with your order? Are you able to every time?

I am genuinely frustrated. I am Ruby level, but all I have gotten from my 8 orders are two packs of stickers. I now have been wanting to buy a few new jellies but there are no free purkks gifts available on EU website since last Sunday, and I just refuse to miss out on those again. The gift area doesn’t even load - talk about poor ux, at least let me know that they are out of stock.
Customer support was unhelpful as usual, just saying things will come back to stock eventually.
