Found these shorts at my Walmart. 16$ or so. Seems perfect for those who might be stressing about bringing quick fix in for a test.
They have shorts under shorts with a “media” pocket on the inner leg of the compression shorts.
Just wanted to share in the chance that it helps someone. I plan to just wear these under some sweats or jeans this week for my test.

I’ve seen all the “I passed” posts and stuff. I’m just a bit nervous. Any tips? I plan to do some “testing” this weekend to make sure I can get it to temp and be comfortable with it. I see a lot of people say to skip the microwave and warmer?
