It seems that the next update will focus on adding post-unification content for Ultravisionary Komi (at least that's what the country selection menu says). I wanna ask if the full unification content for them is already in game or not. If it's in game, how do I get it?

The initial release date of the "rebuild" was supposed to be June 24th. Then it got delayed to June 30th, and then July 2nd. Should I still keep my hopes high for this update and this game as a whole?
I've played TNO for a while but only started trying Requiem. Can anyone help me with defeating Germany as Omsk (or with any Russian state)? Like recommended templates for example. Thx!
