First 30km completed 🥳🙂‍↕️

Headed into a 1 hour group ride and it made the experience so much smoother then when your on your own. With this said it’s my first ride that I have averaged a Zone 2 heart ride since I usually am in Zone 3 for majority of my rides so I’m glad my average heart rate is slowly going down when doing about the same W/KG

My rides stopped posting to groups

The past couple rides haven’t been uploaded to the group I’m in when it says it is when I finish my ride. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Is Zwift cogs compatible with my trainer?

My current set up is a 3x8 speed bike and the think rider smart trainer from Amazon, I was curious to know if I got the Zwift cogs if it would work with my setup to change gears on it and such so my cadence isn’t so high for such low watts

First race completed 🥳

Just completed my first race on Zwift, came in last out of 17 people (not counting the 2 that DNF) at the 10 minute mark I was really doubting myself to complete it since I was already last by 2 minutes but I told myself that I can’t get any better giving up so I pushed through and finished it. Now that I have a grasp of what I’m getting into I’ll slowly try and get ahead of at least 1 person for my next race 😂

First 20km in the books 🥳

My idea starting Zwift is to try and experience as many different ways of training to see what seems the best to progress on, I really just made this post to track progression in a way haha

First day on Zwift

Today has been my first day on Zwift after finally finishing my setup, I did some of the practice routes and then picked up one of the shortest routes being the one in the photo. I had a average watts of 130 and I’m just curious of what the best way to get better and what to look out for in future routes

I’ve recently bought a smart trainer from Amazon for $330 and a front wheel holder, I got a 7 speed bike thinking it would be fine but it turns out it’s not as reliable to a 8-11 speed. I was curious if anyone knew any cheap options for a bike I could connect to the smart trainer or work arounds if possible (on a budget 😪)
