I posted here almost a week ago regarding my account that was restricted. They reinstated it and said it was only restricted because of the missing coins from the survey I answered. There was no violation whatsoever. After they adjusted the coins, my account was all good. I was able to withdraw after that.

A few days ago, I successfully completed another survey where I didn’t get the coins again. I reported it. I was told that it might take a while but they’ll fix it. I said I’ll wait, no problem.

Now, I checked the site to see if there are surveys I can answer and my account is now suspended. They suspended it permanently for “violating the terms of service.” I know for a fact that I did not violate anything. I only try to answer surveys. If I can finish it, good. If I’m not qualified, I move on. I play games sometimes. I check-in everyday. And now my account is suspended for absolutely nothing. I’m so disappointed.

Edit (Update): They already fixed the issue. The problem was with the dispute I made regarding the coins. There was an error on my account because the coins amount wasn’t adjusted yet. But I got the missing coins now and my account was reinstated. I like how fast they resolved the issue. Their customer service is amazing.

Hello! I’ve been using earnsentry for almost 2 weeks now. I like the game options they have (even though I did not get coins for some levels/tasks I’ve finished and cleared). But my problem is my account. It’s been under review again for the second time. The first time, I was just trying to withdraw. It got denied and my account was flagged. After a couple of days, I’ve been cleared and got my account back. When I tried withdrawing again, it got denied again and now my account is under review the second time.

I don’t know what I’m doing wrong for my account to be like this. I don’t use VPN. I just try to answer surveys and play games. Thought mostly I play games because I seldom qualify for surveys. Is there anything I can do to fix this? Or
