I have an odd question for this group but I know someone that is having their life insurance commission withheld due to being on a disciplinary action for some operations issues in Tennessee. I could understand them being able to withhold bonuses in that instance but are commissions able to be withheld from sales you complete? This person is a salaried employee too if that helps.
