An interesting look behind the scenes of hospital car parks.
The Northern Beaches Hospital car park. 1389 spots.
It’s on the market with an annual income of $3.55million. This would imply a price of $50million with a 7% cap rate.

Philips Precise Image

Hi,
Does anyone have any tips about Philips Precise Image reconstruction algorithm on their recent CT scanners?
I suspect that Philips when setting up the CT went overboard on reducing the dose and it is giving what I suspect are distortions. Of course we will take it up with Philips but I am also certain that their reps will put the best spin on it as they can, that the product is so great and allows such low doses, etc.
Has anyone run it parallel with idose?
