"What is the _ behind this?"

My mom and I were discussing some sort of science-related topic (as I unsurprisingly forgot what it was even if we were talking five minutes ago). I said, "What is the taxidermy behind this?", and she started explaining what "taxidermy" meant to me. Of course, I'm no English specialist, as I'm a teenage minor, so I have no idea what that word meant. I started to wonder what the word I actually meant was, since I heard the phrase, "What is the taxidermy behind this?" somewhere online (for clarification, we searched Google and Google said it was some sort of autocorrect).

The word I'm looking for is science-related, but it's not typical vocabulary like "reason", "method", "thought process", etc.. It's advanced vocabulary, and, iirc, it started with either a "T" or "S" (if not, one of those letters are somewhere embedded in the word). It wasn't "situation", as it was a more complex word than that.

Please lmk if you have any suggestions!!

p.s. I'm on computer, so I apologize for any spelling mistakes

where did the ancients even get their souljams?

so we all know that the beasts were the original virtues, and they held the first souljams. after they got sealed in the tree, the ancients were born (iirc). my question is how did they get their souljams? were they born with it? did they randomly come across it? were they like gifted to by the legendaries (since the legendaries are literally just gods/goddesses but in a cookie form, and by legendaries, i also include dragons since theyre the same rarity in ovenbreak)?

now, onto my next point;

what happened after the beasts basically died? the only ones that would make sense having a souljam after would be pvc and wlc, although wlc is dead (thats why i put spoiler, as well as beasts being dead), and the silent salt's souljam and wlc's combined to create the cookie of hope or whatever. smc is still alive. so where did gcc, dcc, and hbc's souljams go? do they still have them? or did they disappear with the beasts'?

thanks!

edit: jesus christ u don’t have to be rude to me. it’s just a question. no, i did not read might of the ancients. i only read dominion of the beasts.

what would a non-binary be referred to? mister or miss, based on appearance?

so…. i have a question that ive been thinking about for a while; would you refer to a non-binary cookie as mister/miss based upon their appearance? somewhere in ovenbreak, pitaya dragon cookie is called "mister", and im assuming they called them that because their appearance is masculine? im asking this because i want to make a short comic about venom dough cookie's time in crispia after the war (i headcanon they didnt wish to stay in beast-yeast), but they go by they/it. so, since they appear more feminine than masculine, would they be called "miss venom dough cookie"? or is there a miss/mister designation that's gender-neutral? thank you!!
