We're excited about the potential, but I'm worried about pulling developers off existing projects for months at a time to learn new tools and frameworks. I also don't have a clear picture of what infrastructure or data pipelines we'd need to support this kind of work long-term. Ideally, I'd like a way to start small, test feasibility, and scale up only once we see real value.
