Diabetes Anniversary

40m and I’m now one year in from my diagnosis. Today was tough because I’m working hard in the yard and apparently my insulin is working too well and I just can’t push like I’d like to. Many breaks to keep it from crashing but it’s hanging there

I have to remind myself that there are going to be weird days and some that just don’t make any sense. Overall I have brought my A1c down from 11 to 6.0, and am running 96% in range. For you newbies out there keep up the good fight! It’s possible to keep things healthy if you put a bit of work in
