Less then half an hour ago there were two explosions in the carpark of the Belconnen Lutheran Church which set fire to a section of the foliage around the outside. I called 000 and the remaining fire was extinguished quickly. Looks like nobody was in harm's way, but did anyone else witness this? Is there a non-sinister explanation for exploding objects in a church carpark?
