Planning a move to Nashville from Chicago in the next few months, looking at the Gulch/Music Row specifically. I'm 23, single, work remote, and budget isn't really a constraint, so I'm trying to optimize for lifestyle / social scene / general vibe over getting the best deal.

A few things I'm trying to figure out:

• Is the Gulch actually where people in their 20s want to live? Getting mixed signals online.
• How's the day-to-day actually feel?
• For someone not trying to be in Broadway every weekend, is the nightlife/bar scene around the Gulch and Midtown solid, or am I better off somewhere like East Nashville or 12 South for that?
• Anything you wish you'd known before signing a lease there?

Open to hearing "don't move to the Gulch, move to X" too if there's a neighborhood that fits better. Appreciate any honest takes.
