Breech advice

Im 34w , at my 32w scan I was told baby is breech, now he is super active and he flips multiple times a day to head down/breech, or transverse is his favourite, so I wasnt all that shocked, but i was hoping to avoid a C if possible.

Looking to see what people's experiences were with a baby that wont settle in one direction, did they calm by 36w? Or did you end up with a section? And if so, how was that decision made ? Im primarily with midwives at a primary care clinic , not really in the hospital as im low-risk and no one has brought it up yet.

Hoping to avoid a ECV too as I heard theyre awful/not reliable so any experience is appreciated 🙏

Can I ring GP to sign me off ?

I am nearly 32w , have pgp and carpal tunnel, and work an office job so have been struggling to stay in the office most days. My last GP appt was last week and I don't think I was forward enough about asking to be signed off and lost my nerve and now I wont see the GP for another 3weeks.

If I ring the GP , is it likely they'll be happy to just send an email with the note, or will I have to go in for an appointment to get officially signed off ? Anyone have any experience with just ringing ?

Thanks 🙏
