Hello guys! To the merit scholars of USC, I just found sa page that you need to be rank one out of at least 80 students in your strand if from other schools. I was going to avail but then I just found out since the info I received from a fellow scholar was that you just needed to be among ranks 1-3 per strand. I’m the rank one of the HUMSS strand and there are only 50 students. Sadly I’m also not within the top 3 of the overall grade 12. Does that mean I’m not eligible to apply for this scholarship?
