Pretty modest compared to most on this sub, but works for me and supports my calisthenics training. The wheel caster-pipe landmine works beautifully, just make sure and measure the caster's inner diameter. Heavy bag mounts at the front.

Don't ask what I do when it rains, lol... (i.e. watch tv and get out of shape)
