Lines from drying rack

I noticed these lines and realized it was the same pattern as the lid I had placed it on to dry. I’m guessing the water pooled in the other areas. Does that mean I didn’t rinse enough? Would rinsing again make it disappear? Anyone had this issue?

Disappearing details

I was so happy with my print only to discover most of the detail disappeared! I googled reasons and seems it could be under exposure (but I’ve done others around this time and tends to get overexposed when I go longer), hard water (which I have), paper type, or too thick emulsion? Anyway, I’d appreciate any advice.

This was for about 7 min in high UV 10.

Barra da Tijuca hotel in Rio?

Feeling indecisive on finding a hotel! I have to be at a conference at Riocentro in Barra and I’m trying to balance location with commuting time and nice area. Seems Barra isn’t walkable and has traffic. Do I stay near the convention center or by the beach? I would have liked to stay in copa but that seems like a lot of travel. Any suggestions?

PSLF count

Does the PSLF count include the Covid time when we didn’t pay or is that only added when applying for forgiveness?

Secondly, do I need to do anything before July 1st? My notice seems to say I’ll have 90 days to pick a new plan whereas before I thought it said I’d automatically be moved to standard plan.

I’m confused about buy back amount because my taxes when I filed separately were never processed while on SAVE and I gave up since we weren’t paying anyway. I had even enrolled for them to get my taxes and at one point was put on administrative forbearance when I followed up on why it wasn’t processed with a new amount.

I’ve just been putting all of this off hoping it’ll go away. But I’ve been working nonprofit since 5/2017 so I should be close and need to figure it out! Any advice would be great! Loans were taken in 2005.
