Done more work in 3 months than in the previous 3 years, here's what I changed

The speed of building genuinely surprises me, like bro how do we increase it every single week without fail.

Features that used to eat a full weekend now take a few hours(and a lot of tokens)

Things I kept postponing because they felt tedious suddenly felt almost free, not that it stopped me from procrastination, What I didn't expect was how little that changed. Like you'd expect all this "improvement" to make my life easier but Finding problems worth solving is still hard. Understanding what users actually want is still hard. Distribution is still hard. Getting anyone to care enough to change their behavior is still hard. Marketing still sucks

The barrier to creation collapsed but the barrier to relevance feels exactly the same.

In a weird way that's made entrepreneurship more honest. The excuses I had for not shipping are mostly gone. If I'm sitting on an idea now, it's usually because I'm not confident enough that anyone would actually want it.

Anyone else notice that AI tools removed the wrong bottleneck?
