I have leave planned a few weeks out to visit people a few states over. If I self report and end up on suicide watch will I still be able to take the leave?
I really need to get some help, but I also have non-refundable tickets/they've booked stuff already.
I want to wait until after the trip to self report just to be safe, but I don't know if I'm going to make it at this rate.
Everyone always says you have these options for mental health, but are there any options that actually help?
I know everyone says to talk to someone, but who? Who do you even talk to about that when you don't know who you can trust at work, since people you thought you could trust apparently shit talk you behind your back?
How do you manage to go in every day when you'd rather not wake up again at all? Do you just deal with it until your contract ends or until you can't take it anymore and just end it? It all just seems pointless, I don't see how talking to someone would even help.
