my fiancée works abroad and ofc he sends me money till he makes it back which is pretty soon, he sent me money for about 2 years, this time he sent me 2900€ and added like an additional 50€ for fees, the 50 bucks came through like nothing happened but the rest is not here and is still in progress (the bank refuse to let me know what’s happening btw he had to contact his bank ), i called the support nothing, all they said is file a report and they gave me these numbers which told me to call and i did but they hang up and refuse to answer. The bank in my city also don’t know why the money is not in my card yet. So if anyone ever experienced this let me know bc i need the money and i still don’t have it.
