I applied for a fresh passport and will have an appointment scheduled soon, but as you know our 10th and 12th mark memos are in the custody of the college. So how should I proceed? Do I need to write a letter requesting the original documents and submit them at the service centre? Or will the college provide some kind of custodian certificate only, and is that enough for passport verification?
So I am applying for a passport for my mother through the tatkaal process. I wanted to use her voter id as a document, but the month in the DOB is incorrect on the physical card.
I already applied for correction and the status has reached “field verified,” but it may still take some time to receive the physical card. Once the correction is approved, will the updated DOB immediately reflect in the downloadable e-epic before the physical card is delivered?
If yes, can the updated e-epic be used as a valid document for the passport application instead of waiting for the physical card? Has anyone used e-epic at psk for tatkaal?
