The first was found on private land outside of Wind Cave National Park in SD and the other in the Romanian Carpathian Mountains. Cross posting since we don’t know for sure if they are petrified trees or not.

Found along some exposed limestone near the banks of Edisto River near Charleston SC. My wife thinks it’s a squirrel… a prehistoric one :p. Solved: Fossilized Wahoo. Which is funny cause that’s what I shouted when we found it.
