many of these people do all nighters just to pass the exams.

Semester 2 ended on 4th may, and as a BTech CSE student, our results were announced yesterday. I achieved 9+ CGPA in my first year.

If you are consistent from day 1 regarding your academics, you are already in the 10% club of academic achievers.

every course is of 100 marks, in which

30 - midsem ,

30 - internals ,

40 - end terms ( actually 80 , but they half it )

if you can give 2 hours daily to academics, then it will be easy for you to achieve 9+ cgpa at the end. A website like mujstella helps every student to excel at the exams at the endpoint. This isn't even an ad cuz all previous year papers, Assignments, solutions, ppts are there on this site.

lots of messages are arriving in my dm, and one message was bout the title

' I want a chill college life, no pressure, only fun '

So yea, the college is pretty chill about academics, giving 1 week before mid sem and 2 weeks before end sem exams will land you above 8.5 CGPA, only if you are consistent in the aforementioned time. Internal numbers matter too(improve your impression in front of professors)

Either you will have a 9-2 shift or 12-5 shift. Meaning that you will have a major portion of day free and moreover saturday sunday are off too.

when you join the class after orientation, you will meet new people, some will be good and many will be bit*es. There are many cafes, outlets both inside and outside GHS. there are 2 clubs nearby where more than half freshers go and enjoy. you will get many types of (iykyk) things too. I'll recommend you to stay away from these tho.

Other than ts, you will have plenty of time left, in which you will roam jaipur and other places. malls like wtp are preferable choices for many people here. also there are forts like nahargarh, city palace, hawa Mahal, etc.

Also there are many treks to ban ki ghati, etc.

many tourist groups here take people to kasol manali, udaipur, kedarnath trek too.

if u are enrolling in any course in this university, i bet you will have the most amazing college life (leaving the matter of fact that there are hilarious bi*ches roaming)

academic load is pretty less. If u are aiming for 8+ cgpa and ok-ok placements, then you will enjoy it a lot.

within one month many of u will form 'friend groups' which will help you to cope together (tho they will be shattering after 1st sem)

one thing u will all notice after entering the hostel, your seniors doing a lot of insane PDA. and when i say a lot, it means A LOT .

also you will be involved in tonnes of situationship, talking stage and partners will change many times.

People think their LDR will work, hahaha u are in delulu.

I have seen my many girlies doing 'something' with another guy while being in LDR. The same goes with some guys. If u think ur partner is coming here, then mate, be prepared.

and the second last thing, RELATIONSHIP. you won't find a long term relationship here, and no commitment.

most relationships here last 1 semester at max. i personally know many couples like these.

and the last thing, "bhaiya yaha pe na*** ka kya scene hai" this question is important to many. I will suggest you not to get indulged in these things, your parents trusted you for your wellbeing. you will these here, sadly here are 2 clubs/pubs where more than 30% of people reside.
