Does anyone else have this feeling at nighttime where you are about to close your eyes and fall asleep but all of a sudden your heart feels like it skipped and your body just drops/sinks? Doesn’t happen as often but when it does i think the worst and immediately panic.
Is anyone else scared of driving? Im F25 and dont know how to drive because im terrified. I have to learn tho because it will make it easier on my partner since we have 2 kids. I just wanna know of tips or how you manage to put fear aside and start driving or maybe it never goes away?… help
I need help! I just got a panic attack during my MRI didnt even last a minute in the machine. Does anyone have any tips? I got in just fine and as soon as i closed my eyes when it started my heart started racing and felt lightheaded, i instantly panicked and press the panic ball. I need to reschedule so i need tips to help me through it. Please😩
Does anyone else have small sharp pains on the left side of the chest and lasts days? Last time i told my doctor she just told me it might be an inflammation on (i forgot the name) but nothing serious. I just dont want to overthink it and maybe its just my anxiety. I have been managing my panic attacks pretty good lately but i still have some physical pain here and there and get me freaked out and its mostly the chest sharp pains.
