24y/ F, I’ve had hemorrhoids in the past and now I can’t figure out what’s causing it. Is it my diet? Maybe. Is this an external or protruding hemorrhoid? It gets itchy at night.

I recently posted about having hemorrhoids that come and go and recently I’ve gotten some weird requests. Like asking to see relaxed photos of it etc, is that normal?? Like are they actually trying to help orrr?
I’ve been reading into people putting a sugar paste on their external and it’s shrunk it etc. Has anyone tried this yet? I have a skin tag I think.
Hi! I’m a female 24y/o. I have always been constipated (probably from not drinking water, working on it!) and recently I noticed it was itchy down there. I feel like I’ve always had internal hemorroid but now there’s like a brownish skin color tag that comes out but goes back in. It comes out from sitting on the toilet just to pee. I’m scared to do #2 now, it’s been 4 days!! No pain or bleeding, just itchy. Witch hazel wipes has helped with the itch. What should i do?? Can I get it go away??
Female, 24y/o. For the longest I feel like I’ve always been constipated. I have BM occasionally but can be constipated if I don’t push. I’ve had an internal hemorrhoid for years now but recently it’s been itchy down there so I take a look, and there it was, an external or protruding one. It goes back in by itself but when I sit on the toilet it comes out. I think it’s a non thrombosed hemorrhoid? No pain, just itches here and there. What should I do? Can it go back in?
