Best strategy without EPA/Express this week
Hey everyone! I’m planning a trip to Epic Universe this week with my family. We can go either Wednesday (May 20) or Thursday (May 21), and we won’t be getting Express Passes.
Based on your experience, would there be a noticeable difference in crowd levels between those two days? My main goal is to minimize wait times. Some online forums suggest Wednesdays are busier, but I’m not sure if the upcoming long weekend shifts that dynamic.
Furthermore, based on previous threads, wait times this past week, and considering I won’t have early park access or express entry, this is the order I want to do the rides in:
Fyre Drill
Wing Gliders
Untrainable dragon show
Dark Universe
All the rides in Nintendo World or Harry Potter based on wait times
The other world
Arcanus show
Stardust racers
Will fit in having lunch and drinks based on wait times and how the day goes. I am not interested in doing any other rides apart from what I listed above. The rides in Nintendo World and HP World are the most important to us as a family that we wouldn’t want to miss. But given that people with EPA would have lined up early for it, I want to get to them a little late. Is this a good strategy? Appreciate any insights!
