Question?

Hi everyone,

I have a question about the CLINIC v. Rubio case.

Some people are saying Judge Vargas usually takes around 2 months to issue a decision after briefing is complete. Is this an official timeline or just based on her past cases?

Also, do we realistically expect a decision in June, or could it still take longer than that?

I’m trying to understand whether “2 months” is actually something reliable, or just community speculation.

Thanks.

Is it possible to apply for a tourist visa to attend the football matches (the World Cup in the USA), and get the visa approved, while at the same time I already have a spousal family reunification (immigration) case in progress?

I have already passed the interview stage and I’m currently just waiting for the final decision.

I am from a country affected by the “75-day suspension/hold” (administrative processing or country-based delay).
