I am fascinated by beautiful houses. What is this genre even called, and how do I improve?

Here are some pictures I took while on a walk in Brooklyn Heights. As the title says, I like clicking beautiful houses/buildings, streets, etc. Is there a particular genre which it falls under?

And would love suggestions on how I can improve my photography. There were taken on an iPhone.
