Just wow

Got a Shindo a while back on the CKTG drop and it’s become my daily. Such a fun knife and so so so thin behind the edge. Highly recommend if you can find one.

Anyone use a Tormek t1?

Decided to order one of these the other day, but I can’t find too many reviews. So far it seems like there’s a little bit of a learning curve, but it should be pretty easy once I pick it up. Anybody have one and use it often? This is for home use but I like to sharpen my knives frequently and I also work as a butcher so I would be sharpening my work knives every so often as well

NKD! Shindo enjin 210 k tip gyuto and yoshito Saku 120 petty

First carbon steel knives I’ve been using hap-40 and German steel most of my life but these two feel so insanely sharp right out of the box. Can’t wait to cook something today
