Did narratives in Toledot Yeshu influence later Muslims in articulating their disdain towards Paul?

From what I understand, negative views of Paul were widely adopted by later Islamic intelligentsia. He is viewed as an intentional corruptor of Jesus' teachings. I wonder if tropes and narratives found in Toledot Yeshu can be found in some of their anti-Paul polemics.

How likely would Late Antique South Arabia come into contact with technology for producing codices?

Zabur is the miniscule script for Ancient South Arabian scripts and it was mainly used to produce documents that were "written"(engraved) on sticks. But I do wonder if they would have bothered to pivot to parchment and/or papyrus and ink later on.

Additionally, do we know how Ethiopia adopted the process of producing codices? Since they were more culturally tied with South Arabia in pre-Islamic times, I wonder if South Arabia would have also come into contact with codices.
