Hello!! We are looking for people (F) to fill a double-room in a two bedroom, two bathroom apartment on Kelton Avenue for July and August. The room itself is very spacious and has a large closet, and the unit has in-unit laundry and ample street parking nearby. We will be leaving the furniture in the room and common spaces until the end of the lease (albeit less decorated and more organized than shown in the photos), including a large TV :). The second bedroom will also have a subletter (it is significantly smaller than the one that is available, hence why it is a single) and she is very sweet.
Rent is $1300 (***per person, the room is $2600 total, but we are flexible***) and plus utilities (gas, electricity, and wifi only). Running the AC is super cheap, too, since we have wall units. Happy to send anyone interested additional photos. Please reach out if you have questions!
