Looking to get into NorCal area 1 union

I’m 20 years old currently in Colorado and looking for a sponsor to get me into the union and ready to relocate as soon as given the chance. What do you guys recommend I do to increase my chances? I’m working on my OSHA 10, have verifiable work experience in carpentry, and have taken college algebra and calculus. Any help is appreciated

Driving record question

20 years old about to turn 21, and I have some connections to get into the trade, the only thing I’m worried about is my driving record. In 2025, I Got into 2 accidents that were my fault, as well as 3 speeding tickets but nothing else. How would this affect my career getting into becoming a lineman?
