i have been looking at different hairstylists in my area since i’m trying to get my hair from faded black dye (highlights before, natural hair is black) all of the hairstylists i’ve asked has either quoted an absurd amount of money (understandable) or test strands since i’ve had previous color. this hairstylist specializes in dark hair to highlights or blonde. i was just wondering if skipping the test strand is okay?
