Hey all - hoping to get some advice here.
My family is opening a senior day care center in Massachusetts, and we’ve been trying to hire RNs but haven’t had much luck so far. We’ve posted on Indeed and LinkedIn, but the applicant pool has been pretty limited. For those of you in healthcare or hiring - where else have you had success finding RNs?
Also curious: we’re offering at least $50/hr (depending on experience). Is this somewhat competitive for MA RNs right now, or are we likely under market?
