Am I missing something obvious?

All widgets below pulse aren’t showing anything and just says ”tap to set up”. When I push either it takes me to the page with detailed data and everything is there.

Tried removing and adding the widgets again with no luck.

Has anyone had a similar issue or am I doing something wrong?
